Hotel Information

We would like to guide you through our hotel’s facilities and services.

Lobby and Front Desk (1F)

• There is no curfew, but lights out is at midnight.
• Check-out is at 10:00 AM. An additional fee will apply for extended stays.
• A safety deposit box is available in the lobby. Please manage your valuables yourself.

Public Baths & Open-Air Observation Baths

Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM / Next Morning 5:00 AM – 9:30 AM

1F Main Public Bath (Kinsen Open-Air Bath)

• Indulge in the “Kinsen Open-Air Bath,” shining with the unique reddish-brown color characteristic of Arima Onsen.
• The men’s and women’s baths switch overnight and in the morning.
• Please bring towels from your guest room.

5F Open-Air Observation Bath (Hokutolite Bath & Micro-Bubble Bath)

• This open-air bath offers a panoramic view of the mountains.
• The men’s and women’s baths do not switch.
• An entry card is required for use. Please pick it up at the front desk.
• Please bring towels from your guest room.
• Please note that there are no restrooms within this bath area.

Free Drink Corner (1F)

• Hours: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM / Next Morning 7:00 AM –
• Enjoy a variety of complimentary soft drinks, including coffee and juice.
• Please refrain from bringing drinks to your guest room or dining areas.

Dessert Buffet (1F Lounge)

• Hours: 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM
• This service is exclusively for guests on dinner-inclusive plans.

Gift Shop (1F)

• Hours: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM / Next Morning 7:00 AM –
• We offer a wide selection of Arima Onsen specialties and souvenirs.
• We also accept parcel deliveries via Yamato Transport (cash on delivery).

Service Corner (5F, in front of the men’s open-air bath)

• Feel free to use the microwave, washing machine with dryer, and round ice maker.
• Keys for the washing machine with dryer and detergent are available at the front desk.
• When using the ice maker, please bring the ice pail from your guest room.
• Soft drink and Seventeen Ice vending machines are also available.

Massage (In-room service)

• Last Call: 11:00 PM
• Approximate Price: 40 minutes starting from ¥5,000 (tax included)
• Massages are performed in your guest room. Please inquire at the front desk if you wish to book.

Karaoke Room

• Hours: 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Price: ¥2,750 per person for 90 minutes (tax included)
• Guests are admitted on a first-come, first-served basis from 8:00 PM. Reservations are not accepted.

How to Lock Your Guest Room

• Card Key Compatible Rooms: Hold your card over the reader next to the door to unlock (auto-lock).
• Other Rooms: Please use your room key.

Moving Around in Yukata

You are welcome to move around the hotel (including dining areas) and even stroll through the hot spring town in your yukata.

Footwear for going out is available at the entrance for your free use.

Self Check-out (Morning of Check-out Day)

• Self check-out is available in your guest room from 7:00 AM on the day of check-out (credit card payments accepted).
• A QR code will be provided at check-in.
• As check-out is expected to be crowded, guests who have completed self check-out can simply return their room key.

Check-out

• Check-out is at 10:00 AM. An additional fee will apply for extended stays.
• You can store your luggage and use the parking lot even after check-out, allowing you to enjoy a leisurely stroll through the hot spring town without worrying about time.
